FASTer Way to Fat Loss
I know exactly what it’s like to feel uncomfortable in your own skin. Always looking the right size but inwardly picking apart every inch of my body with disgust. This horrible self image combined with chronic digestive issues lead me to trying every fad or extreme diet I could find. Just trying to find the ONE that would fix my mind and my gut. But ultimately nothing worked on both and poor self image would lead me to binge eating my negative feelings. Starting that vicious cycle of self destruction over again.
I never wanted to spend hours in the gym. So many times I would find myself skipping workouts because “I didn’t have the time.” The truth was that I just didn’t want to take up several hours of my day going to the gym and not to mention always feeling guilty for not doing cardio. I always thought that without spending hours on a treadmill I would never have the body that I wanted. A totally old school way of thought.
Then came the baby. And everything food, fitness, and wellness went flying out the window. I then really understood what not having the time meant. I needed help badly at this point. I was exhausted and feeling like total crap.
Que the Unicorn, please. Then I found the FASTer Way to Fat Loss. I say unicorn because who would have ever thought there would actually be a program that would address every single issue that I just mentioned. Yep! You heard that right. With the FASTer Way I was able to learn to fuel my body properly, spend only 30 minutes each day working out in my living room(Thank you GOD), and learned to make some old mindset shifts. I was finally able to create a sustainable lifestyle. One that i could still have all my favorite foods without losing control of myself. This program worked for me. So much of my negative body image vanished because I learned what my body really needed to perform optimally and I felt amazing. Goodbye to so much of the guilt of feeling like I was never doing enough. I learned to do just what I needed for my unique body and mind.
